Casual Friday look. This sort of outfit has been my uniform these last days. Comfortable and comfortable.
Winter is all about being comfy, and playing with layers to keep it warm. My favorite thing about winter fashion is definitely finding right coat. Coats can change your whole outfit and at the same time it can be the outfit. A grey coat is always a go to. It can be worn again andagain in so many different ways.
It is always a good idea to constantly add staple pieces to your wardrobe. Leather jacket is worth to invest in. This is one of those things, that will never go out of style. I would like to refer to it as a wardrobe essential.
Just few days ago it has been nice and warm and we still had bits of summer left. The best place to enjoy last days of summer is somewhere near by the sea. Brighton is a perfect place as it only takes 45 minutes to get there from London. There are so many things you can do. Brighton is full of small streets that you can take a walk on the nice warm evening and there is a wonderful atmosphere when the sun goes down and the lights come up on the Pier.
For my outfit I decided to combine polka dots and stripes together, and I have a really simple formula for making it work. The key is in the background color of each piece: you simply have to pair a light piece with a dark piece. So in today’s outfit, my skirt is mostly dark, and my top is mostly light. Stripes and dots go really well together as long as they have one common element (in this case the white dots and white stripes).
Whatever it’s good or bad, street art in London is everywhere. Hackney Wick is not an exception. I just discovered this wonderful place recently and fall in love to it. Walls here are a canvas for many street artists, what makes this urban district colorful, joyful and attractive. If you get a chance, go and have a peek around the Wick – there are lots of surprises and colorful walls.
